Agewise Lifestyle Choice Plan for Aging Seniors

Are you living your ideal lifestyle while preparing for the future in a financially sustainable way?

Our Agewise Lifestyle Choice platform is designed to assist seniors who are still fully independent and seek to plan for the future so they can live their best life and avoid becoming a financial burden to their families as they age.

Do you find yourself wondering…

  • Am I living my ideal lifestyle while preparing for the future in a financially sustainable way?
  • How to financially prepare for potential future healthcare or lifestyle changes?
  • How to ensure my home and living arrangements will suit my needs as I age?
  • What steps I should take now to feel confident about my future?

The 4 Factors That Drive Your Quality of Life as a Senior

Planning ahead is the key to living your most ideal lifestyle as you age—Age and Health, Family, Community/Social, and Finances. By evaluating these four critical factors, you can create a sustainable plan to maintain your happiness and fulfillment in the years to come. These elements are unique to everyone, and understanding them will help you build a future that reflects your goals, values, and priorities. It is our belief, that by age 60, you should start thinking about these elements and how you will account for each; by age 70, you should have a plan in place.

Age & Health

Your age and health are foundational to determining your future needs and lifestyle. While aging is inevitable, proactive planning helps ensure your living arrangements and care evolve seamlessly as your health changes.

Family

Family dynamics shape your support system. Understanding who plays a role in your care, decision-making, and companionship guides you in making lifestyle decisions that allow you to be cared for and supported.

Community & Social

Your social network and community connections are critical to your emotional well-being. From friends to local resources, staying engaged and utilizing your community enhances your lifestyle.

Finances

Your financial situation drives your ability to sustain your lifestyle and respond to changes in health or living arrangements.  Having a  plan is critical to preserving resources while maximizing quality of life.

How We Help: Lifestyle Choice Plan

Planning ahead leads to more choice, more financial preservation for a “what-if” event, and more time to decide on the right path for your future. But maybe you’re not quite sure what to plan for, or how to align that with your finances.
With the Lifestyle Choice Plan, you’ll gain clarity and confidence about your future. Our team helps you design a sustainable lifestyle that aligns with your goals, maximizes your independence, and preserves your financial legacy—so that you can enjoy life to the fullest while preparing for whatever comes next. Here’s how we do it:

Senior Lifestyle Transition Planning Services

Lifestyle Transition Guidance:
Any successful plan starts with understanding the options that are available such as modifying a current home, downsizing, entering a 55+ or continuing care retirement community (CCRC).  Our team understands the landscape of options and pros/cons of each to help families make the right choice for their unique situation.

Financial Plan:
Making a major lifestyle change requires a roadmap to strive for sustainability throughout one’s lifetime.  Our team of advisors will bring clarity to enable families to make confident decisions when it comes to their future.

Asset Preservation Strategies:
As part of your financial plan, we will test the impact that potential future healthcare events can have on your overall financial wellbeing and discuss strategies that can be implemented to preserve your wealth for current and future generations.

Update Estate Plan:
It is imperative to have an updated estate plan that reflects your wishes, accounts for asset preservation strategies, and lists key individuals that would assist you in a crisis situation.  Our network of attorneys best suited for your situation can be used for document completion such as wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, and trusts.

How We Help: Crisis Action Plan

Care Setting Selection Assistance:
In a crisis event, time is of the essence.  Our team’s understanding of available care options based on your families unique needs will help get your loved one in the right care setting as quickly as possible.  Factors such as care need, location, availability, quality, and cost will all be considered.

Financial Modeling:
Understanding what costs are covered and not covered by health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid and evaluating the personal resources available such as pensions, Social Security, retirement and non-retirement assets are critical in selecting the right care setting and its impact on financial wellbeing.  Our team of advisors will provide financial modeling to account for these variables to aid decision-making.

Asset Preservation Plan:
Our network of attorneys who specialize in preserving family assets from long-term care costs can be utilized to build a custom plan for your family.  Our team of advisors will be by your side to make the necessary adjustments to family assets to carry out the plan.  As part of the asset preservation plan, estate documents such as wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, and trusts may be utilized or updated.

Ongoing Coordination and Management:
Crisis health situations continue to evolve as time moves on and often cause care and financial needs to be adjusted accordingly.  Our team will be by your side to update, monitor, and adjust any part of the plan as needed.  Our commitment is that you never feel alone in your journey to provide the best care for your loved one.
